About Us
HITH Foundation is a US-registered non-profit organization committed to uplifting underprivileged communities, with a special focus on tea workers and smallholder farmers in Bangladesh. These hardworking individuals often live in generational poverty, lacking access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. At HITH Foundation, we believe that sustainable change begins with education, the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty.
Our mission is to provide both short-term relief and long-term solutions. In the short term, we address urgent needs by delivering food, clothing, shelter, and medical aid. Simultaneously, we work on sustainable development initiatives such as building secure housing, clearing family debts, and offering vocational training and employment opportunities.
Most importantly, we are investing in education-focused programs tailored for the children of tea workers and farming communities. Our goal is to equip the next generation with the knowledge and practical skills, ranging from science and language to modern agriculture and technology, that will empower them to build a better future for themselves and their communities.

Project "Warmth in Cold"
In the last three years since our establishment, HITH Foundation has positively impacted the lives of over 100,000 individuals, providing critical support to more than 25,000 families. We have distributed over 195,000 kg of essential goods, taken meaningful steps to alleviate the financial burdens of countless individuals by clearing debts, and provided both immediate relief and sustainable solutions. While our primary focus remains on underserved communities in Bangladesh, we have also extended our support to oppressed populations in Syria, Palestine, and Turkey through strong partnerships with international collaborators. Our work has been made possible through impactful collaborations with respected organizations such as Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD), Restless Beings UK, and Avhijatri Bangladesh.

Each member of the team is committed to the foundation’s mission and works tirelessly to ensure that its goals are achieved.
