Project “Save Sylhet”, Langpur and Roha (Doudbari), Sylhet, 2022

HITH Foundation and Sreemangal Bike Riders- SBR have come together to provide emergency food aid to the disaster-affected families in the Gowainghat Upazila. Through our joint efforts, we have distributed necessary food supplies to nearly 230 families in the remote areas of Langpur and Roha (in Doudbari). Each package contained essential items such as flattened rice, jaggery, water, salt, water purification tablets, candles, dates, biscuits, and gas light.

We understand that the affected people are facing several challenges, including scarcity of water and transportation difficulties. In some places, there was very little water, which could not bring any significant change in the lives of the affected people. Even if a small amount of water was collected from some highland areas, transportation arrangements were very difficult and risky in the remote border areas. Despite these challenges, our volunteers are striving to deliver all the entrusted goods to the affected people correctly and at the right time, keeping the stake of their own lives.

We at HITH Foundation and SBR are committed to providing assistance to those who have been affected by disasters. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that the affected people receive the necessary support and help to recover from the impact of disasters. Our volunteers have been working tirelessly to deliver emergency aid to the affected families, and we are proud of their efforts.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us in our efforts to provide emergency aid to the affected families. Your prayers, love, and support have been essential in enabling us to continue our work. We urge you to keep your support uninterrupted for all these disaster-affected people.

Our volunteers are actively engaged in community development projects, including building infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and water supply systems.

We want to thank our volunteers who have been working tirelessly to provide emergency aid to the affected families. Their dedication and commitment are an inspiration to us all. We also want to thank our partners and donors who have supported us in our efforts. Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of the affected people.

In conclusion, we want to reiterate our commitment to providing assistance to those who have been affected by disasters. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that the affected people receive the necessary support and help to recover from the impact of disasters. We urge everyone to support us in our efforts to create a safer and more secure future for all. Together, we can make a difference.
